Waller Group is our family holding company following our first SaaS exit in 2026, with Joakim as CTO. We're a family-owned company that combines an active tech venture with stable long-term investments.
Why
The last years changed us.
Sophia lost her mother to pancreatic cancer in 2024. Just one year later, our five year old son was diagnosed with retinoblastoma, an aggressive and rare type of cancer in one of his eyes. Surgery, heavy chemotherapy and radiation followed, he survived and had his last procedure just weeks before his little sister was born. Life is short. Family first is not a slogan for us; it is the rule.
We have decided to relocate to Palma de Mallorca, Spain, to be as happy as possible together as a family and to build our new life from there.

About us.
Joakim Waller
Entrepreneur and specialist developer of tailor-made integrations for CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems. In 2022, Joakim co-founded a CRM system for manufacturing companies as CTO, owning everything under the hood: architecture, scalable integration frameworks, and deployment pipelines. With senior technical skills, he combines entrepreneurial drive, customer-value focus, and hands-on execution to get the impossible done. To recharge, he prefers la playa con una cerveza fría.
Sophia Waller
MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, combining technology, economics, and business strategy. Sophia has carried a lifelong focus on customer satisfaction since her youth summer job selling shrimps in Hunnebostrand on the west coast of Sweden. With a trained eye and gut feeling for good investments, she values clear, open communication and enjoys cutting waste from operational processes. Self-assigned CFO: Chief Family Officer.
